Wie kann ich meinen Hauttyp analysieren? - Saulé Blanc

How can I analyze my skin type?

We distinguish five types of skin: normal, dry, oily, sensitive and mixed (combined) skin types. This is basically determined by genetics, but our way of life can change, improve or worsen it.

It is important to be able to determine which group we belong to, because based on this we can choose the right facial care products for ourselves and pay more attention to the various factors that affect us, such as nutrition.

First, clean your skin thoroughly and do not apply any care products for an hour.

Then take a mirror, preferably a magnifying one, and start studying your complexion. Does it have shiny spots? Are there any dry flaky patches? Are the pores visible? Do we have blackheads? Where are the pimples, if any? How stretchy does it feel?

Normal skin is characterized by slightly visible pores, few blackheads, and softness.

Oily skin is shiny, prone to acne, saturated, and pores are visible, especially on the line of the T zone (forehead, nose, chin).

Dry skin is rougher to the touch, matte, pores are not visible.

Sensitive skin is prone to redness, itchiness, and may have a pulling sensation. This is what fragrance-free products are for.

The combined skin type is indicated by an oily T zone and dryness around it.
