RETURN POLICY

At Saulé Blanc, we offer the option to return products. However, since we deal with hygiene and cosmetic products, as well as food items (in the case of chocolate), please note that we can only accept returns if the products are:

Unopened

In their original packaging

Please include the completed return paper we sent you in the return package.

Additionally, returns must be made:

At your own expense - The choice of shipping company is up to you.

Within 14 days of delivery

Follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the return form you received in the package
  2. Put it in the packaging
  3. Send us back the products

Once the package has arrived, we will conduct a control check.

If everything is correct, we will refund the amount within 14 days according to the type of purchase.
