That's why we offer you a 30-day money-back guarantee - so your purchase is completely risk-free for you.

If you have ordered a Saulé Blanc product from our online shop and are not satisfied, you have 30 days to return the opened product to us. We will then refund the purchase price.

Please note that we cannot take back products if they are completely empty. The guarantee only applies if no more than a third (we will measure the product) of the original content of a product has been used.

The following guidelines also apply:

1. When returning multiple packages of the same product, only one package may be opened in order to receive a refund of the product price for all products.
2. Unfortunately, shipping costs (for order and return) are non-refundable. Also for subscription orders the shipping costs of the respective country will be used and cannot be refunded.
3. The money-back guarantee also applies to subscription orders up to 30 days after the first order.
4. Vouchers are excluded from the money back guarantee.
5. The refund will be processed through the payment method you used when placing your order.
6. The money-back guarantee is valid only once per customer per product.
7. The 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected by the money-back guarantee.
8. After you have announced your return to us by e-mail and received our confirmation, you have 14 days to return the products to us.
9. After the 30 days, the return is unfortunately no longer possible.

How can you make use of the money-back guarantee?

Just write us an email to info@sauleblanc.com and inform us which Saulé Blanc product you want to return. Please tell us the reason, your name and your order number. Our team will take care of your request as soon as possible after receiving the products. Please return the product only after confirmation from our support team. Otherwise, unfortunately, we cannot process the order.
