1. GENERAL The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with AMPM Marketing Ltd, Business post address: H-9400 Sopron, Vero J. u. 1, Hungary, trading as Saulé Blanc Online Shop. The Terms and Conditions apply as soon as an order is placed over the Internet. By placing an order with us, you accept the Terms and Conditions set out below. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. If you have any queries, please contact us. All references to the "company", "us", "our", or "we" refer to AMPM Marketing Ltd. Any reference to "customer", "you" "client" or "buyer" refers to the person or organization placing the order.
2. EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
2.1 Your order represents an offer to execute a Purchase Agreement. When you send us an order, we will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order and explain all relevant details (Order Confirmation). Your Order Confirmation does not represent acceptance of the Agreement. Instead, it confirms receipt of your order. It becomes a Purchase Agreement only when we have sent the ordered goods and when you have received delivery notification from our warehouse that the goods have been dispatched. If a product in the same order, for which you have received Delivery Confirmation, is not shown in the Delivery Notification e-mail, no Purchase Agreement will take place for that product. During the purchasing process, the buyer accepts our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as set out on this page.
2.2 Our ability to fulfil orders is conditional on us too being correctly supplied, within the correct time frame. If any goods ordered are not available, we reserve the right to terminate the Agreement. You will be informed immediately if goods that you have ordered cannot be delivered. If the sum due has already been paid, we will return it immediately. We accept no responsibility for damages due to late delivery, unless there is certified negligence on our part. Shouldn’t one or more goods in your order be available within the correct time frame, we reserve the right to offer you an alternate delivery through one of our business partners in your area, at the same conditions. You will have the possibility to accept such alternate delivery.
2.3 We will notify you if an item shown on the website is no longer available or if its price has changed.
3. PRICE
All prices on sauleblanc.com website are shown in the following currencies:

These prices may include additional shipping costs. Information about shipping costs can be found on our website and you can check this again when placing your order. The prices listed at the time of ordering apply; errors and omissions excepted.
4. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COST
4.1 Delivery is made from our warehouses to the address you provide. Delivery time information is non-binding. Where possible, your order will be delivered in one delivery. If your order contains individually wrapped items, we can ship them individually. With our standard shipping, it takes approximately 4-6 business days for order processing and delivery. In the case of an advance or a down payment request, the delivery deadline may be extended until the requested amount is paid in full.
4.2 We currently deliver over 100 countries worldwide. Delivery to PO box addresses is not possible.
4.3 Shipping is carried out by the courier of our choice. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an email so that you can track the shipment.
4.4 Shipping charges: Please refer to the SHIPPING & RETURN section. PLEASE NOTICE Shipments sent outside the European Union might be subject to import duties and or taxes imposed by your country. These costs are your expense and in addition to your invoice charges. Please contact your local customs office for details.
5. PAYMENT
Payment for purchases and shipping can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or ApplePay. If goods ordered are not available, and payment has been made, the amount will be refunded to you.
5.1 Credit card and ApplePay Payments We accept payment using VISA, Mastercard and American Express Security of your card and data is very important to us. All financial information relating to your transaction is forwarded using an encrypted automatic protocol, which neither Blanc Luxury Skin Care e. U. nor independent third parties has access to. This information will be utilized only in the case of a refund. Therefore, for security reasons, every time you place an order with us, you will be asked for your card number.
5.2 Security To ensure the security of your data, we use SSL software security (Secure Socket Layer), referred to as TLS (Transport Layer Security) via Shopify. This encryption method protects the data that you provide—such as your name, address, and card number—by securely coding it before it is transmitted over the Internet. When you shop with us in our webshop, enabling secure connections ensures that your data remains private and cannot be accessed by external parties. All communications between our store and external content are securely encrypted and published using HTTPS, providing a safe shopping experience.
6. SUBSCRIPTION
At sauleblanc.com you can subscribe to products to have them automatically delivered to you at regular intervals.
6.1 Regular delivery according to your needs: Choose whether you want to receive the products every 30, 60 or 90 days, and we will take care of the timely delivery.
6.2 Free delivery with a minimum order: If your order reaches the minimum amount, the delivery is completely free of charge.
6.3 Flexible subscription that can be cancelled at any time: Your subscription can be cancelled at any time, unless the shipment is already in progress - in which case you will still receive your order in progress and then the subscription will be cancelled. skipped at any time: You have the flexibility to skip a shipment at any time, allowing you to adjust your delivery schedule based on your needs. paused at any time: If you need a break, you can pause your subscription at any time and resume it when you're ready.
6.4 Multiple Subscriptions: You can set up multiple subscriptions for different products based on your needs. Each subscription is managed separately, but all come with the same flexible options and conditions applied to each
7. SHIPPING DAMAGES
Important: Notwithstanding all precautions, packages and/or their contents sometimes get damaged in transit. If this should happen, please follow the following procedure: breakages should initially be announced and registered with the courier, at once upon receipt of the goods. You should then inform us immediately thereafter. If you intend to return damaged goods, please inform us in advance via contact form, e-mail, or WhatsApp.
8. IMPORTANT NOTICES
The products offered are posted on the Internet site as clearly as possible. We have attempted to portray the colours of our products in a realistic manner; however we cannot guarantee that the colours as seen on your computer match those of the real products, due to the individual nature of your screen graphics or printer. 9. INFORMATION RELATING TO PRIVACY
Client data will be collected and used by AMPM Marketing Ltd. only for the analysis, approval and execution of the Agreement and for the care and management of the relative relationship with the client, the recovery of outstanding payments and fight against fraud and abuse. Data obtained by AMPM Marketing Ltd. may be used for marketing purposes (for example, Newsletters), if the client has no objection. Your personal data may be used as mentioned above only by AMPM Marketing Ltd. However, in order to execute your order, we will have to give your personal data to other companies, such as our couriers responsible for logistics and our financial services partners for credit card transactions. Said data may be used by those receiving it, exclusively for the purposes relating to their services. We do not give your personal data to any other organizations or companies. Further information relating to the type, reach, location and objectives of the collection, transformation and use of personal data can be found in the section titled Privacy Policy. The client must agree explicitly to the collection and use of their personal data. The client has the right, at any time, to revoke consent for future use of data by informing your distributor If this is the case, we promise to immediately delete the client's personal data, unless an order is being processed. 10. FINAL PROVISIONS
10.1 Governing Law and Competent Jurisdiction
Hungarian Law governs on an exclusive basis all contractual conditions between AMPM Marketing Ltd. and the client. Commercial UN law is not applicable. For all controversies deriving from the business relationship between the client and AMPM Marketing Ltd. However, we reserve the right to summon the client to any other competent court.
10.2 Severance Clause
In the case in which a clause of these Conditions of Sale were to be null or should become so in the future, the validity of all other Conditions or Agreements will not be affected.
11. SOCIAL MEDIA GIVEAWAY CONTEST
Eligibility: This contest is open to participants who are 18 years of age or older and have a valid Instagram/Facebook account. Employees and immediate family members of Saulé Blanc are not eligible to participate.
Contest Period: The contest takes place on a specific time interval. All entries must be submitted during this period.
How to Enter: Follow the instructions of the given Instagram/Facebook (@sauleblanc) post. Prize: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries and announced on a specific date via the contest post and Stories comment section on @sauleblanc Instagram/Facebook account. The winner will also be contacted via direct message on Instagram/Facebook.
Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond to the direct message notification within 2 days and provide their contact information for prize delivery. Failure to do so will result in the selection of an alternate winner
Publicity: By entering this contest, participants agree to allow @sauleblanc to use their Instagram/Facebook handle, name, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Privacy: Any personal information collected during this contest will only be used for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties. Compliance with Instagram/Facebook's
Policies: The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram/Facebook. Participants must adhere to Instagram/Facebook's terms of use and community guidelines.
Disqualification: @sauleblanc reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or show signs of fraud, spam, or any unethical behaviour.
Amendments: @sauleblanc reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Release of Instagram/Facebook: By participating in this contest, participants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability in connection with the contest.
Governing Law: Current laws apply to the competition. By entering this contest, participants acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The “Saulé Blanc” trade mark along with all other trade marks, service marks, logos, brand names, trade names, domain names, images, and photographs which appear on this website, our goods, our packaging, or are otherwise used by us in the course of trade, are our exclusive property and, whether registered or not, are protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws around the world or by international treaties. All such intellectual property rights are reserved.
13. COUPON CODES
General terms for redeeming coupon codes:
13.1 Validity Period: The coupon code is valid only for the specific period mentioned. Expired codes cannot be redeemed.

14. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our Return Policy:
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you do not need a product for some reason, you can return it for a refund at your own expense within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
VERY IMPORTANT
The products must be returned UNOPENED in the original packaging with original labels.
We recommend that you keep all packaging materials until you make a final purchase decision.
Returned products must be new and unused/unworn in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds if the item is deemed to be used or damaged, or if the original packaging is damaged.
The refund process may take 10-14 days from the receipt of the goods, depending on the payment method. You can read the steps of our return method here.
14.2 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins upon receipt of the goods. Fill out the return form (included in the package) and send it in good time.
Consequences of withdrawal: In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments (excluding delivery costs), within 14 days. The refund will be made using the original means of payment. You are responsible for the return costs.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal: No right of withdrawal for sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene protection reasons if the seal has been removed. No right of withdrawal for subscriptions after the first order of the same goods.
15. 30 DAYS PAYBACK GUARANTEE If you are not satisfied with a Saulé Blanc product purchased from our online store, you are entitled to return the opened product within 30 days and receive a refund of the purchase price, subject to the following conditions:
15.1 Conditions for Eligibility:
Product Usage: The money-back guarantee applies only if no more than one-third (⅓) of the original product contents have been used. Products that are entirely empty are not eligible for a refund.
Multiple Packages: When returning multiple packages of the same product, only one package may be opened. The refund will apply to all unopened packages of the same product.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for both the order and return are non-refundable. For subscription orders, shipping costs specific to the customer's country are applied and are not subject to refund.
Exclusions: Vouchers are excluded from the money-back guarantee.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the order.
One-Time Eligibility: The money-back guarantee applies only once per customer per product.
Right of Withdrawal: The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected by the money-back guarantee.
16.2 Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us via contact form, e-mail, or WhatsApp with your name, order number, and reason for return.
You must wait for confirmation from our support team before returning the product.
Returns sent without prior confirmation cannot be processed. After confirmation, you have 14 days to return the product.
Returns after the 30-day period are not eligible for a refund.
