Delivery times may vary depending on the courier’s schedule and the distance to the destination.
INCORRECT / INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
We cannot be held responsible for lost packages if an incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout.
If the provided address is incorrect or incomplete, the package may be returned, or the courier may charge additional fees, which will be added to your order.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for the full shipping cost to resend it to the correct address.
DAMAGED GOODS
If the package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, please inform the courier and accept it as “damaged.”

RETURN POLICY
At Saulé Blanc, we offer the possibility to return products. However, as these are hygiene and cosmetic items, returns can only be accepted under the following conditions:

Please include the completed return form that was provided inside your package.
Additionally, the following conditions apply:
Return shipping costs are at your expense – you may choose any shipping provider you prefer.
Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
