Do you have a catalogue?

Our website showcases our entire product line and is the best product information source. However, we will send you a Product Catalogue with your order.

Are your products safe for pregnant women to use?

All of our products are formulated without harmful chemicals. However, we recommend that you read the product info sheets carefully.

How long will the Saulé Blanc products stay fresh and what is the best way to store them?

We recommend you store our products in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity and excess moisture.

Please use your Saulé Blanc product within 36 months maximum, or within 6-12 months after opening to ensure maximum freshness and efficacy. For the exact PAO date please check the period after opening (PAO) sign on the packaging of the product.

Do you test on animals and do your products contain animal-derived ingredients?

Saulé Blanc does not conduct product or ingredient tests of any kind on animals, and do not contain animal ingredients.

What kind of ingredients do Saulé Blanc products contain?

We use only safe and pure ingredients, and OUR PRODUCTS ARE FORMULATED WITHOUT: Parabens, Phtalate, Mineral Oil, SLS, Petrolatum, Paraffin, DEA, Synthetic Color, Animal Ingredients, GMO (genetically modified organism).


I am told that my card has expired, even though the expiry date is in the future.

This problem occurs when the date set on your own PC is wrong. Please check the date is correct and then try placing your order again.

My Discount Code (Voucher) is not working.

We recommend that you try to enter your Discount Code in the appropriate box at Checkout again ensuring that have entered the characters correctly. Please remember that only registered users can apply Discount Codes so please check in or registrate to be able to activate your Discount Code. If your Discount Code still does not work, please, contact us.

I’m not receiving my email newsletter; or my internet service provider filters unwanted email and spam. Could these filters block email
that I wish to receive?

Spam filters can restrict wanted email as well as unwanted email. If your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or email client filters or blocks email, it may be affecting email you wish to receive. If you believe this is happening, please consult the help section of your email program or contact your ISP directly to see how to relax or remove the settings that filter or block email.

I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?

Click here to enter the email address you use for your account and we’ll email you a new password and a link to use to log in. If you have forgotten your password and no longer use the email address you used to create your account, you will need to create a new account.


Can I call in my order?

Can I change my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, it's not currently possible for you to change it prior to dispatch. However, if you contact us quickly, we may be able to help.

How do I check on an order I have placed?

If you are a registered user, you can find all information related to the order in your My Saulé Blanc page.

Regardless of registration a tracking number will be assigned and emailed to you upon shipment of your order. To track your order via the carrier's web site, you may click on the tracking number in the email to view the delivery status of your order.

Does anyone else see the information that I provide to Saulé Blanc?

Do you deliver to P.O. boxes addresses?

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Do I have to pay import charges?

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

For security reasons, parcels may require a signature on receipt. If you will not be at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative secure delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.

Can someone else sign for my delivery?

Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods.

What will happen if I am not in when you deliver my parcel?

The carrier will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel. If you do not collect your parcel within a specified timeframe (usually 3 delivery attempts), the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange with us for a new delivery and pay for the costs incurred in resending the parcel.
